I have very strong opinions about real estate service. I believe that if you are not happy with the service you are receiving, you should not be locked into an unhappy relationship but should have the ability to fire your agent.

It takes a strong belief in the quality of one’s services to make this kind of stand, but I never settle for less than the highest professional standards from myself and my team. I am confident you will be happy with our service and results. The simple truth is… I always stand behind my service.

The Guarantee: If there are presently no offers on the property and you are unhappy with the service I am providing you, (or your situation has changed,) I ask that you first discuss it with me because I would like the opportunity to improve. If you are still unhappy, (or your situation has changed,) just request this release in  writing and I will expire the listing within 24 hours of your request. I will also supply verification of this to you ASAP.

The Exceptions: If there is an offer pending, in Attorney Review or Fully Under Contract, the listing cannot be released. Also, broker protections as per the listing agreement continue to be in effect as explained on the listing agreement until such time as you re-list with another broker.
